Remote Online Notarization
I am commissioned by the Texas Secretary of State as an online notary. You can sign by secure video from any location, with no in-person meeting required.
How does online notarization work in Texas?
You upload your document, verify your identity through the platform's identity checks and sign during a live audio-video session. Texas law requires the session to be recorded.
You will need a computer or smartphone with a camera and microphone, a reliable internet connection and a current government-issued photo ID.
Some receiving offices do not accept online notarizations. Please confirm with the receiving office before booking.
