Texas Notary Fees
Texas notarial fees are set by Texas Government Code §406.024: acknowledgments $10 for the first signature and $1 for each additional signature; oaths and affirmations $10; certificates under seal $10; copies of notary records $1 per page; protests $4; other notarial acts $10. Online notarizations may add up to $25 (§406.111).
Travel and after-hours fees are separate from Texas notarial fees, are quoted before I travel, and are agreed to in advance. Each invoice itemizes every notarial act and any travel fee.
