All fees are agreed upon during booking, before I travel to you.

A deposit of 20% of the total price is required to book an appointment. It is applied to your total at the appointment.

I accept Cash, Cash App and Zelle.

Travel is quoted at booking, based on distance, and starts at $40 for addresses within 10 miles.

Hospital and jail visit rates include travel and notarizations.

Evening, late-night and overnight appointments carry an additional fee.

Notarial fees are set by Texas Government Code §406.024 and are listed on my Pricing page. Remote online notarizations may include an additional fee permitted by §406.111.

If a loan signing is cancelled after I have traveled to the location, the fee is $50.

I am able to wait up to 15 minutes after I arrive. After that, a fee may apply. This does not apply to hospital visits.

Every signer must be present and must provide a current government-issued photo ID. Please do not sign your document before the appointment.

I may decline to notarize if I cannot verify a signer's identity, or if a signer does not appear to understand the document.
