Hospital and Nursing Home Notary
I notarize at the bedside in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes and assisted-living facilities, 24 hours a day.

Can a notary come to the hospital?
Yes. I notarize at the bedside. My background in hospital and nursing home patient care allows me to work smoothly around care schedules and facility staff.
Please provide the facility name, floor and room number when you book. I will plan the visit around the facility's visiting rules.
The signer needs a current government-issued photo ID. A hospital wristband is not accepted as identification. If the ID is lost or expired, a credible witness may be an option.
The signer must be alert and able to understand the document. If the signer cannot understand it, I will decline to notarize and will tell you clearly and privately.
The hospital rate includes travel and notarizations. The 15-minute waiting policy does not apply to hospital visits.
